These are very starting carabiner clips that work well. The screw enclosure prevents unintended opening of the clip. They are strong and sturdy and I can hang bags with them.
Got this to use in my sun shade for my patio plants, I have several that will burn in direct sunlight and needed a clip I could easily snap on and off on a windy day to keep the shade from tearing. These work well, easy to use, no struggle, and stays put when its in place. no signs of rust or weathering from being in the Florida humidity.
Use them on my safety rope while using my climbing tree stand. Very light weight and easy to use. Very functional and built quality is good. Great value for the money.
I use bungees and clips at the end of each summer when tying down my pool cover. It needs to stay on till next summer and vs. the winds that inevitably come each winter and storms in early spring, these clips come in handy. They can be locked tight to secure the fastening. When you want something to stay in place, this is the type of clip you will need. These are strong, dependable and will not tarnish.
These are good carabiners. They are aluminum, so they are lightweight. I don't think they can hold a lot of weight, but for what I wanted them, they are strong enough. The clip has a safety or lock that avoids the clip from opening by accident. They are great to secure something to your backpack, like a water bottle or something.
